Quarantine Birthday

Quarantine Birthday

It’s officially my birthday week. This was the first time that I wasn’t completely excited and planned a head of time. The pandemic completely put a damper on what I was initially planning to do. My plans were to be in Vegas with my girls having a Dirty Thirty/Bachelorette Party. It was going to be such a vibe but CORONA said nah not this year boo .

Any who my wonderful fiancé didn’t want me to not celebrate so he booked us a room at the hotel we’re planning to have our wedding at. Needless to say I’m looking forward to it. Work has been stressing me out and I’m definitely not a fan of working from home especially for someone else. So we will be going to BevMo, getting some drinks, having a mini photoshoot at the hotel, dinner with my family and possibly have brunch with a few friends.

I’ve been learning that things never go as planned so we have be thankful and make the most of what we have. My family is a constant reminder of that. I’m so blessed to have all of them in my life. I could never wish for a better village. My friends are so inspirational to me and I’m so thankful for them still hanging with me after several years. Even though this year is a lockdown, it's not cancelled and this may be my best birthday yet. 💗
